Round Zipper Wallet / Blue

This round zipper wallet uses scratch-resistant Saffiano leather for the interior, which is often in contact with coins and cards. While the interior is made entirely of cowhide leather, each part is designed to be made of a different material to prevent it from weighing too much. It can hold approximately 50 bills and 12 cards, and has sufficient storage capacity despite its slim appearance. In addition, two free pockets keep the contents of the wallet neat and tidy for  tickets, receipts, etc. 

The Veratula series is named after a painting technique, and its beauty is enhanced by the gradation of transparency and depth created by yuhaku's unique dyeing technology, which is synonymous with the brand. Yuhaku's hand-dyeing technique is based on the painting technique and is unique in the world.

The technique of dyeing 4 to 8 colors of dye on top of leather requires artistic sensitivity and skills, and everything is done by hand by our craftsmen. The more you use the leather, the more it changes over time to become your own color, allowing you to enjoy the original depth of leather products and the beauty of yuhaku's unique coloring.

The leather used is vegetable tanned calf leather made in Italy from calf about 6 months old, with a dense fiber structure, thin, smooth, moist, and light to the touch. It has few flaws and is treated as a luxury item among cowhides because of its beauty and rarity. The beauty of the leather and the transparency of the hand-dyeing are maximized by glazing to bring out the gloss.
