Tabi Shoes in collaboration with Tokyo Yuzen craftsmen group “SOMEMOYO”. Based on the concept of “traveling with tradition,” these shoes are made of high-quality lamb leather and highly reproducible printed leather. The delicate yuzen patterns designed by SOMEMOYO's craftsmen are placed on the leather, creating a pair that can be worn as if you were barefoot. The craftsman's skill has enhanced the reproduction of the delicate original design so that when you put both feet together, they look like a single piece of artwork. The sheepskin used is of a high grade and is characterized by its plump elasticity and rubber-like resilience.
The “Yatagarasu”, or “three legged crow”, is an original work by SOMEMOYO's Miyuki Ohno. The crow is a guiding god who is said to have guided people from Kumano to Yamato on the occasion of the Jimmu expedition to the east. This work was highly popular at an exhibition in France.
